摘要
该文从公益广告的现状、公益广告发挥社会功能的原因以及如何对其社会功能进行正确定位三个方面展开论述。强调了公益广告不能滥用、不能流于形式或被异化为商业广告,只有正确看待公益广告的社会功能,才能使其发挥应有的作用。
The article, connected with the reality of the advisement of pubic welfare, the reason of the function of the advisement of pubic welfare and how to face up to the function, makes a concrete analysis and makes an emphatic exposition that advisement can not be abused, limited by the style and change into the advisement of business. Only correctly face up to the function of the advisement of pubic welfare, can the advisement of pubic welfare make effort.
