摘要
PLC及其网络在工业自动化控制领域越来越受到重视和普及应用,它的应用提高了高炉上料系统的自动化水平、可靠性,实现了上料系统的实时监控和灵活方便的工艺配方。文章主要介绍某钢铁厂120m3高炉上料系统采用PLC及其网络控制的软硬件设计方案、方法、要点和经验。
There is a growing interest for the application of PLC and its networks in the field of industrial automation. The automatic function and reliability of the feeding system in blast furnace are improved by the application. The real-time monitoring is realized and the technological composition can be easily made. The design scheme, methods, key-points and experience of the hardware and software of PLC and its network adopted for the feeding system of one 120m^3 blast furnace in a steelworks are introduced
