摘要
结合生产实际,利用塑性变形理论和聚氨酯橡胶性能,分析了聚氨酯模具的冲裁机理和形成冲裁件断面形状的理论伊据,得出了模具在冲裁中以材料分离为必要条件的结论,同时指出聚氨酯橡胶模具发展的方向。
This paper analyzes the blanking mechanism of polyurethane die according to the theory of plastic deformation and in terms of the property of polyurethane-rubber related to practical production. It also analyzes the theoretical basis of the shaping of blanking die section, and proposes the necessary conditions for material separation in the die blanking. At the same time, it points out the direction of the development of polyurethane-rubber die.
