摘要
本文首先对大学教师信息活动过行实证考察,接着提出对改进信息资源管理的几点思考;认为大学组织是信息机器,应该在最大程度上发挥效用。
This paper presents a positivist examination of the information activities of university personnel, and some thoughts concerning the improvement of university information resource management, holding that the university organization is in its nature an information machine, whose functions should be brought to the tidiest performance.
