Syntheses of Curing Agent Modified Dicyandiamide by m-Toluidine

合成了一种新型的潜伏性环氧树脂固化剂———间甲苯胺改性的双氰胺衍生物,讨论了反应条件对合成的影响,并通过熔点测定、红外光谱法对其进行了表征。初步的固化实验和力学性能实验结果表明,这种固化剂具有较好的固化性能,复配制成的单组分固化体系具有较长的贮存期。

A new kind of latent curing agent for epoxy resin, the dicyandiamide modified by m-Toluidine was synthesizcd under different conditions. The product was characterized by melting point, IR spectrum. The results of the curing experiments indicate that the new curing agent has improved curing performance, and the system of one-component epoxy resin possesses a long storage life at room temperature.
