颜面部跨美容单位病变的修复

Aesthetic reconstruction of lesion invading adjacent multi- areaes based on subunit in face

目的探索颜面部跨美容单位病变的修复方法。方法对全颜面瘢痕、跨眉和下睑区、跨眉和额区、跨鼻唇沟区和鼻部良性病变切除后创面40例按美容单位进行了修复。颜面部按前额区、鼻区、上唇区、下唇和颏区、眼周区和颧颊区为美容亚单位,跨眉和下睑区按一整体单位,跨眉和额区按眉区和额区两个亚单位,跨鼻唇沟区按鼻唇沟外侧和内侧两亚单位,鼻部按Burget鼻美容亚单位进行修复。根据解剖位置分别采用皮片移植或联合采用皮肤软组织扩张术进行修复。结果多数病变修复后疗效满意;部分病变修复后于缝接处出现瘢痕增生,经Ⅱ期修整后疗效满意。术后面部轮廓清楚,表情自然。切口瘢痕得到最大程度掩饰。结论按美容单位修复面部跨区病变符合美容原则,是一较好的方法。

[Objective] To investgate method for the repair of the lesion invading adjacent multi-areaes. [Method] Forty patients whose lesion invading adjacent multi-areaes in the face were undergoing the treatment based on aesthetic subunit. The defect was repaired with graft transplantation or combined with skin expansion technique. [Result] The repair of the lesion was satisfied with clear eonture and harmonious smiling, sear was inconspicuously. [Conclusion] The repair of the lesion invading adjacent multi-areaes based on aesthetic subunit in the face is a valuable method.
