烤瓷熔附金属全冠瓷裂常见原因分析

Analysis of reasons of fracture in porcelain- fused- to- metal crown

目的探讨金-瓷修复体瓷裂或瓷崩的原因。方法随机选择临床47例前牙和后牙瓷裂或瓷崩失败病例,记录修复体损坏的部位,分析产生失败的原因。结果瓷裂或瓷崩发生在前牙唇面的病例数为8例,发生在前牙切缘部位的有4例,发生在前牙舌侧部位的有3例,发生在后牙牙合面部位的有10例,发生在后牙颊舌面部位的有22例。结论金-瓷修复体瓷裂是由于临床设计不当、牙体预备不妥及制作不合要求造成的。

[Objective] To investigate the reasons of fracture or exfoliation of metal-porcdain prosthesis. [Method] 47 cases with fracture or exfoliation on the area of anterior teeth, premolar and molar were selected, the damage＇s pares of prosthesis were recorded, and the causes of failure were analyzed. [Result] 10 cases on labial surface, 4 cases on inoisal margin, 3 cases on the lingual surface of anterior teeth, 8 cases on occlusion, 22 cases on buccal surface or lingual of posterior teeth were found. [Conclusion] Damages of metal-porcelain may be resulted from unsuitable clinical design, preparation and manufactive in technique room.
