摘要
提高中小学骨干教师培训实效,需遵循“因需施教”的原则。而要“因需施教”,首先要了解培训对象的素质状况及培训要求。本课题研究主要运用问卷调查法,获取中小学骨干教师素质状况及需求方面的信息,对获得的信息进行分析处理,以此为依据,就中小学骨干教师的培训内容和方式,提出自己的建议。
It is significant to understand their qualities and training requirements before the training organization is ready to promote the training efficiency for backbone of primary and secondary teachers. In the study, firstly we obtains some information about their qualities and trainings requirements according to some questionnaires. Secondly we analyze and deal with the data. Finally we put forward our suggestions about how to reform the training contents and methods.
