A Research on the Legal Issue about the Company of Harnessing and Management of Urban Water Environment

城市水环境治理与经营公司是水环境治理的探索性成果,也是公共行政社会化的结果,本文以“武汉水专项”为依托,论证了这类环保型公司的法律地位和它们与政府之间的关系。

The Company of Harnessing and Management of Urban Water Environment is the result from the exploration to harness the urban water environment and push the public administration to the market. Based on the Wuhan Water Special Project, this paper discusses the legal position of such a company and its relation with the government.
