摘要
公平问题一直是管理者与被管理者关注的焦点,它像杠杆一样调节着管理者与被管理者之间的关系。文章从亚当斯的“公平理论”出发,分析了档案馆管理中实施“公平理论”的意义,并结合实际提出了在档案管理中实施公平理论的具体思路。
The impartiality is always the focus of administrating personnel and administrated persons, which regulates the relationship between both sides like a lever. Based on Adams' Fair theory, this article analyzes and discusses the function of Fair theory in archives management, and offers some practical methods in management of archives.
