抗日战争时期湖北后方国统区金融业发展考察

On the Financial Development in Hubei Kuo Mingtang Controlled Area during Anti-Japanese War

抗日战争时期,湖北后方国统区各级政府以扶持各项经济建设、建立稳固后方抗战基地为目的,在鄂西后方国统区进行了一系列金融业的开发和建设工作,建立起中央、省和县三级银行体系,为支持抗战和促进鄂西后方社会经济的发展作出了一定的贡献。本文考察了战时后方金融业发展的基本情况,并分析了其积极作用,指出了其不足之处。

Dufing Anti-Japanese War, Hubei Government executed series of financial development and construction in west Hubei in order to give aid to and set up a solid economic foundation of Anti-Japanese War. It built up bank hierarchy of central government, province and county. What it did provided certain contributions to Anti-Japanese War and the development of the local economy. This paper discusses the basic situation of the financial development in Hubei Kuo Mingtang controlled area in the Anti-Japanese War, and analyzes its positive effect and its inadequate aspect.
