摘要 文章对美国、日本连锁药店的经营规模、经营状况及成功经营经验进行了分析,认为其成功的经验在于药品经营的多样化与专业化相结合;促销方式的多样化,注重以人为本,高度的自动化配送及信息化管理。我国连锁药店应借鉴美、日经验,根据目前的实际情况,制定出正确的经营策略,如扩大化战略、一体化战略和多元化战略,并建立完善的物流体系,对内加强管理,注重以人为本,抓住机遇,以积极的方式开拓市场,迎接挑战。 Based on a review of the size, operation and success of the chain drugstores of the United States and Japan, this study came up with the conclusion that the success of chain drugstores come from an integration of management diversity and professionalism. Moreover, diversity in promotion, human-oriented service, highly automatic distribution and information-effective management have also been a key to success. On the basis of a study of the status quo of the operation of the drugstores in our country, it is assumed that correct decisions on marketing strategies such as market expansion, unification and multi-dimension management framework, establishment of efficient logistic systern, internal organization and human-oriented services are central to future success of China's chain drugstores.
