摘要 本文研究了化学氧化法合成烟酸,对电氧化法进行了探索。化学氧化法主要以高锰酸钾为氧化剂。通过正交实验,考察了各种因素对烟酸合成的影响。着重讨论了温度、氧化剂用量、反应时间和反应中水用量对反应的影响,最佳反应务件为:3-甲基吡啶:高锰酸钾(质量比)=1:2,3-甲基吡啶:水(体积比)=1:6,反应温度95~100℃,反应时间1h,该条件下的收率可达86%以上。经熔点测定和红外光谱分析可确定该产品为目标产品。 Nicotinic acid was synthesized by chemical agent oxidation as potassium and electrochemical oxidation was just refered to a little.Through the experiment, the influence of each kinds of factor to the nicotinic acid were investigated.The optimum technological onditions are determinded with orthogonal experiment, which are as follows: material molar ratio of w(3-methylpyridine): w(ethyl alcohol) =1:2.0; v(3-methylpyridine):v(water)=1:6, reaction temperature: 95~100℃ for 1h. Under above conditions excellent yield was odtained 86%. The product was characterized by IR and melting point analysis.
