摘要
车架的结构及车体刚度对汽车的安全性有着不容忽视的影响。通过对轿车及微型车的大量实车碰撞试验结果的分析,从事故中的被动安全-安全气囊的匹配及主动安全-碰撞过程中车体自身的吸能程度两方面对汽车车架的设计提出了新的思路。
The structure of frame and stiffness of body have assignable influence upon automobile safety. Based on analysis of lots of vehicle crash test results for car and micro-bus, a new design way to frame design was brought forward from two aspects. One was passive safety-match of airbag, the other was active safety-degree of body absorbing energy.
