滚动轴承—弹性转子-定子系统碰摩故障的非线性动力学分析

摘要 以非线性转子动力学理论为基础,结合某发动机模拟器的结构特点,建立了滚动轴承-弹性转子系统碰摩故障的非线性动力学模型,分析了Hertz接触力对滚动轴承和转静件碰摩的影响,利用数值模拟分析了该系统的分叉与混沌运动,得到了一些有价值的结论,所得结果可为进一步研究该型发动机碰摩故障提供理论分析依据。 Based on the theory of nonlinear dynamic properties, combined some engines' feature of structure, the mechanics model of nonlinear dynamic of rolling bear-rotor-stator box with local rubbing was established. The effects of rolling bear and rubbing caused by Hertz force were discussed, with this system's bifurcation behavious and chaos motion by means of numerical simulation analyzed. Some valuable results were obtained, the analysis of results will provide some theoretical references for further researching the fault of this type engine with local rubbing.
