我院手术室护理工作满意度调查分析及对策

Investigation and analysis on the surgeon’s satisfaction to nursing in operation room and its countermeasures

目的了解影响医生对手术室护理工作满意度的因素,提出干预措施。方法采用自制满意度调查表,对45名外科医生进行满意度调查,将调查表中医生对护理工作有意见的因素进行分析,制定改进措施。结果医生对手术室护理工作不满意的原因主要集中在手术巡回护士未能及时关注手术进展;手术器械护士配合欠熟练、轻巧、规范;体位摆置欠佳;护士长管理不到位。结论针对影响医生对手术室护理工作满意度的因素,及时关注手术进展,提高物品准备的合格率,强化对专科护士的培养,护士长加强过程管理,了解手术医生的反馈意见,是提高医生对手术室护理工作满意度的有力保证。

Objective To determine the factors affecting surgeon＇ s satisfaction to nursing in operation room and to propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods The surgeons were investigated with selfdesigned questionnaire on their satisfaction to nursing in operating room. Then the factors that blocked surgeon＇ s satisfaction were analyzed and proposed improvement measures according to the results. Results The causes that led to unsatisfactory of surgeons were as following： the visiting nurses could not keep up with the process of the operations in time ; the assistant nurses could not cooperate with the doctors skillfully,delicately and standardized ; the patients＇ position were not posed properly;the head nurses did not arranged nurses properly. Conclusions It is the guarantee to improve the surgeon＇ s satisfaction to operation room nurses to keep up with the process of the operation in time,to prepare the instruments and apparatus better,to strengthen the training of professional nurse,to enforce the management and to investigate the surgeon＇ s feedback.
