In order to improve the quality of nursing in sanatorium constantly, and satisfy the diversified needs of the clients, we strengthened the quality control of nursing service and improve the quality of nursing constantly through establishing the objectives of nursing quality,paying close attention to the process quality control, carrying out improvement measures to unqualified items and making constant quality improvement in nursing service and nursing training, which achieved satisfactory effect.
