祛风活络丸抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Anti - inflammatory and Analgesic effects of Qufenghuoluo Pills

目的:观察祛风活络丸的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿、小鼠热板与醋酸扭体等方法评价祛风活络丸的抗炎、镇痛作用。结果:祛风活络丸对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸诱发的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、大鼠棉球致肉芽组织增生均有显著的抑制作用,能显著降低大鼠角叉菜胶性足跖炎症组织内PGE2含量与胸腔渗出液中白细胞计数,并能明显提高小鼠化学刺激和热刺激所致疼痛的痛阈值。结论:祛风活络丸具有较好的抗炎、镇痛作用。

Objective： To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of qufenghuoluo pills. Method ： The methods of swollen auricle of mice induced by xylene, tampon granuloma in rat, hot plate and twisted induced by acetic acid in mice were employed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of qufenghuoluo pills. Result： The results showed that qufenghuoluo pills could suppress ear swell induced by xylene in mice, inhibit the higher permeability of abdominal capillary of mice induced by acetic acid and also significantly inhibit granuloma proliferation. Qufenghuoluo pills could decrease the content of prostaglandin E2 in inflammatory tissue of rat hind paw induced by carrageenan and the number of white blood cells in thorax extravasate. It could also increase the threshold value of pain stimulated by chemicals or heat in mice obviously. Conclusion： Qufenghuoluo has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
