摘要
目的:建立小儿解表颗粒质量标准。方法:对小儿解表颗粒中的牛黄作TLC鉴别,用HPLC对金银花所含绿原酸作了含量测定。结果:TLC鉴别特征明显,专属性强。绿原酸在0.004~0.127μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 3,平均回收率98.0%,RSD为1.2%。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,为小儿解表颗粒质量控制提供了方法依据。
Objective: To perfect the quality standard for Xiaoerjiebiao granules, Method: Calculus boris was identified by TLC, The content of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoerjiebiao granules was determined by HPLC. Result : The characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and specific. Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear correlation within the range of 0. 004-0.127 μg (r = 0.999 3 ). The average recovery was 98.0% ( RSD = 1.2% ). Conclusion : The method is simple, feasible and repeatable. It has supplied theoretical evidence for quality control of Xiaoerjiebiao granules.
