贞芪扶正颗粒联合化疗治疗胃癌的临床研究

Clinical Study on Effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule Combined with Chemotherapy in Treating Gastric Cancer

目的:观察贞芪扶正颗粒联合化疗治疗胃癌的的临床疗效。方法:80例胃癌术后的病人随机分为2组。贞芪扶正组(贞芪扶正颗粒加化疗)40例,对照组(单纯化疗)40例。观察治疗前后卡氏评分、外周血常规和血液流变学的变化,并观察自然杀伤(NK)细胞、T淋巴细胞亚群、可溶性白介素-2受体(SIL-2R)等指标的变化。结果:贞芪扶正组胃癌患者化疗后生存质量改善,外周WBC,RBC稳定,单纯化疗组外周WBC,RBC,Hb均较化疗前明显下降;贞芪扶正组化疗后患者NK细胞活性、CD3+,CD4+T细胞数和CD4+／CD8+比值升高,血清SIL-2R的浓度明显下降;而单纯化疗组化疗后患者NK细胞活性、 CD4+T细胞数和CD4+/CD8+比值下降,血清SIL-2R的浓度升高。结论:贞芪扶正颗粒联合化疗对胃癌术后的患者机体免疫功能有保护和促进作用,并能防治化疗引起的骨髓抑制。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng granule combined with chemotherapy in treating gastric cancer. Method ： 80 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups after they had the operation. There were 40 cases in the Zhenqi Fuzheng group （Zhenqi Fuzheng granule combined with chemotherapy） and 40 cases in the control group （chemotherapy group）. The changes of Karnovsky score, peripheral hemogram and hemorheology as well as NK cell activity, T lymphocyte subsets and the serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor （SIL-2R） concentration before and after the treatment were observed. Result： After the treatment, the life quality of the group treated with Zhenqi Fuzheng granule was improved. The peripheral blood leukocyte and erythrocyte in the Zhenqi Fuzheng group were stable while that in the control group decreased significantly. The activity of NK cell, the CD4 ^＋ cell and the ratio of CD4 ^＋/CD8^＋ in the Zhenqi Fuzheng group were increased significantly. The concentration of SIL-2R in the Zhenqi Fuzheng group was decreased. The activity of NK cell, the CD3 ^＋ cell count, CD4^＋ cell count and the ratio of CD4 ^＋/CDs ^＋ in the control group were decreased significantly. The concentration of SIL-2R was increased. Conclusion： The Zhenqi Fuzheng granule combined with chemotherapy can protect and stimulate the immune function of the patients with gastric cancer after operation. It can also prevent and cure bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy.
