摘要药物引起口吃是在应用某些药物时偶尔出现的副作用,此副作用的发生率很低,但目前已有文献报道的可引起口吃的药物有很多种,特别是抗抑郁药和一些低效价的神经阻断药,由非典型抗精神病药(如氯氮平、奥氮平等)引起的口吃较其他药物相对少一些,现将在我院发现的一例由氯氮平引起的口吃病人报道如下.
