摘要
利用改装的天然气发动机与活塞式冷水机组建立了实验台.采用发动机转速与压缩机卸缸相结合的能量调节方法,对其制冷性能进行了实验测试与分析,实现了分段的连续能量调节.实验结果表明与电动冷水机组相比,天然气发动机驱动的制冷机组具有较好的部分负荷特性.
In this paper a testing system,which combines a gas engine based on the modification of a gasoline engine with a reciprocating chiller,was set up. Speed control strategy and the inherent loadmodulation method of compressor itself, namely cylinder energization, were combined to modulate the cooling capacity. Experimental data show that continual load-modulation can be achieved in a simple way, resulting in good part-load characteristics in comparison with its electric counterpart.
