重组人胰岛素基因真核表达质粒的多聚酶链反应

摘要 目的:鉴定重组人胰岛素基因真核表达质粒。方法:应用多聚酶链反应鉴定重组人胰岛素基因真核表达质粒pCMV.Ins。结果:显示insulin基因已经插入重组基因中,人胰岛素基因真核表达质粒已成功构建。结论:已成功构建真核表达载体pCMV.Ins,为进一步进行胰岛素基因转染糖尿病大鼠和非胰岛β细胞,使之产生胰岛素的研究奠定了坚实的基础。 Objective To identify the recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid of human insulin gene. Methods Polymerase chain reaction was used to identify eukaryotic expression plasmid pCMV. Ins. Results The eukaryotic expression plasmid of human insulin gene had been successfully constructed. Conclusion The recombinant eukaryotic cell expression plasmid of human insulin gene pCMV. Ins has been successful constructed, which provides a basis for the further of human insulin gene transfected into diabetic rat and non-β pancreas islet cells.
