培达治疗糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症的疗效观察

Effect and safety of cilostazol in the treatment of arterial occlusive symptoms of low limbs in patients with diabetes

目的:观察培达(西洛他唑)治疗糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症的效果及安全性。方法:选择糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症患者30例,给予西洛他唑治疗,观察并检测治疗前后症状体征、双下肢血管直径及峰值血流速度、肝肾功能、血尿常规、血脂及血液流变学等指标。结果:治疗后患者主观症状改善率>85%;双下肢血流峰值速度有显著性增加(P<0.01);血、尿常规,肝、肾功能等各项指标治疗前后无明显差异。结论:西洛他唑对糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症是一种安全有效的药物。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of cilostazol in the treatment of arterial occlusive symptoms of low limbs in diabetic patients. Methods Thirty diabetic patients with established arterial occlusive symptoms were selected and 50 mg of Cilostazol was administered twice a day for the first week and 100 mg at the same remedy for the rest of twelve weeks. Before and after the treatment, the symptoms were rated and the vascular diameters, peak blood velocity of the low limbs were detected. In addition, the blood and urine routine as well as the concerned blood biochemistry were tested. Results Obvious improvement of the symptoms was found in more than eighty-five percent of the patients （P〈0.01）. Their vascular diameters and peak blood velocity were increased as measured on the right posterior tibial artery （P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01） No significant sideeffects were found. Conclusion Cilosrazol is safe and effective when used in the treatment of arterial occlusive symptoms of low limbs in patients with diabetes.
