摘要
介绍了目前双甘膦(PMIDA)氧化合成除草剂草甘膦(PMG)的主要方法,着重探讨了利用过渡金属(V、Co、Mn)催化氧化PMIDA的研究状况及目前国外企业采用的贵金属(Pd、Pt、Rh等)催化氧化PMIDA的特点和合成用贵金属催化剂的改进。在温度90℃-100℃,通氧保持压力30psig,贵金属Pd/C做催化剂,反应3h可以得到纯度97%的PMG,产率可达96%。
This article describes the current primary methods of glyphosate (N-phosphonomethylglycine) synthesis by oxidation of PMIDA (N-phosphonomethyl iminodiacetic), with emphasis on exploring the status of research on utilization of the transition metals (V, Co, and Mn) along with current advances by foreign firms in the characteristics of PMIDA catalytic oxidation using the noble metals (Pd, Pt, Rh, etc.) and in utilization of noble metal catalysts. With temperature maintained at 90-100℃, an oxygen pressure of 30 psig, Pd/C as catalyst, and a 3h reaction time, glyphosate yield was 96% and purity 97%.
