摘要
以四氯对苯二甲氰为原料,经过氟化、水解、酰氯化、还原、卤化、醚化6步反应合成四氟对甲醚基苄醇,再与二卤菊酰氯缩合得四氟苯甲醚菊酯。反应总收率在39%以上,含量达95%。
By using Tetrachloro-p-phthalodinitrile is a raw material, through fluorinate, hydrolysis, chlorinate, reduction, halogenated and etherification six reactions synthesizes 4-methoxymethyl-2,3,5,6- tetrafluorobenzyl alcohol, again with(-+) cis, trans-2,2-dimethyl-3-(2,2-dichloro vinyl cyclopropane carbonyl chloride) synthesize to get the 4- methoxymethyl-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzyl pyrethrin. Overall yield was above 39%, purity was 95%.
