研究了煤炭项目境外投资的构成和分类,提出了煤炭企业国际化经营防范政治风险和煤炭项目投资风险的措施。
Analyzes the flinty situation of energy shortage and the important position of coal industry in China's domestic economy and energy security stratagem, offers the international expanding stratagem of coal resource; analyzes the investment risks of coal projects abroad, such as investment environment risks, project investment risks, investment management risks in order to submit decision-making references to solve the issues our coal industry face during internationalization.
