摘要
针对某电厂600MW机组运行实测主汽阀和调节阀组系统压力损失偏大的问题,提出对主汽阀更换滤网通流面积更大的滤网、对调节阀碟接触面以下的部分型线进行改造这样两个改造方案,并对两个改造方案进行了计算,计算结果表明,若实施改造后,阀组系统的总压损失可以从原来的6.35%下降到4.2%左右,下降幅度达到30%,而且这两种改造方案对阀组系统的固定部件不做改动,对控制系统、油动机行程等都没有影响,实施方便,经济效益明显。
Targeting at the test measured high pressure-loss of the main stop and control valvesystem of a 600MW turboset in a certain power plant during its operating, two improvements have been suggested. One is to exchange the filter of the main stop valve for one with a larger passage area and the other is to improve that part of the governing valve disc' s profile which lies beneath its point of contact. Calculating results of these two ways of improvement show that the total pressure loss may herewith decrease from 6.35% to 4.2%, which means as much as by 30%. Furthermore neither requires any change of the valve's fixed parts and neither will affect the control system and the actuator's stroke in any way. They are therefore both easy to implement with obvious economical benefits. Figs 5, tables 3 and ref 1.
