摘要
针对旋转机械振动信号数据采集的特点,提出了用数学形态滤波器实现轴心轨迹提纯的新方法。采用形态滤波器提纯轴心轨迹,不考虑转子振动信号的频谱特征,不需要转子故障的先验知识,通过开闭、闭开组合形态滤波器对振动信号滤波处理后即可剔除噪声干扰,得到提纯的轴心轨迹。仿真计算及实例验证了该方法的有效性。与其他方法相比,形态滤波器效果好,算法简单,运算速度快,易于现场采用,有较好的实用价值。
