摘要
根据流固碰撞跳水“压水花”动作计算机模拟和水花成形机理研究结果,提出平掌撞水、撞揉结合的“压水花”理论和方法。采用双盲实验法,对实验对象在实验训练前后的“压水花”成功率进行评估、统计处理和显著性检验。结果表明:用撞揉结合的“压水花”理论和方法指导实验训练,能够更快地帮助运动员建立“水感”,缩短“压水花”动作的训练周期,提高成功率。
Based on the results from the research of computer simulation of splash-eliminating movement by collision of solid objects and fluid and the formative mechanism of splash, it proposed the theory and method of eliminating splash by means of actively impacting and massaging water with two hands. A double-blind method was used to evaluate the subjects' success rate of splash-eliminating movements performed before and after the experimental training, as well as process it statistically and test its significance, so as to verify the effect of the experiment. The results reveal that it can help divers to establish the “feeling of touching water” earlier, shorten the training period of splash-eliminating movement and enhance success rate to guide experimental training with the above theory and method.
