摘要
油气井工程中普遍存在控制问题。由于油气井的特殊结构、井下作业的特殊环境和载荷性质,使井下控制问题表现出固有的特殊性和难度。为促进油气井井下控制技术研究的发展,在综合分析国内外有关成果的基础上,笔者于1993年前后提出了“井下控制工程学”这一新概念,1997年被中国石油工程学会钻井基础理论学组列为“油气钻井工程”专业的一个新分支。井下控制工程学是用工程控制论的观点和方法,去研究和解决油气井井下工程控制问题的有关理论、技术手段的一个新学科分支,是一个多学科交叉的应用技术新领域。在回顾100a来钻井工程技术发展过程的基础上,阐述了井下控制工程学产生的技术与学术背景,论述了井下控制工程学的学科框架、基本问题和主要研究内容,介绍了井下控制工程学十余年来在中国的研究进展,并对井下控制工程学的未来发展作出展望。
Control problems generally exist in oil and gas well engineering. Downhole track control is especially difficult because of the special structure of oil and gas wells, the particular downhole circumstances and load properties. The downhole control engineering put forward by the author in 1993 is a new concept developed based on sythesizing and analyzing various domestic and oversea achievements in the area. It is regarded as a new enhancement of oil and gas drilling engineering by the basic drilling theory study group of ChinEs National Petroleum Engineering Academy. It is an inter-disciplinery subject that can be applied in different domains. This paper sumarrizes the drilling history in recent 100 years and the scientific and technical background of the downhole control engineering. It also discusses the basic framework and main content of this new technique and introduces its development in the past decade in China. Finally, it presents the future development of this technique.
