摘要 研究了静压高强度预应力混凝土管柱承载力度计算方法,给出了不同规格管桩单桩的设计承载力值。武汉市江汉区人民法院审判楼桩基工程实例分析表明,静压高强度预应力混凝土管桩对流塑、软塑状态的软弱地基处理具有较强的适应性,在同等情况下采用静压管桩可节省工程造价20%以上,工期可缩短30d以上。 The paper introduces applicability and characteristic of static pressure PHC(prestressed high strength concrete)tube-shaped piles. Based on the research of calculation method of static pressure PHC tube-shaped piles,it presents design bearing capacity of single static pressure PHC tube-shaped piles with various specification. It also dissertates construction technology and problems in course of construction of static pressure PHC tube-shaped piles. Engineering case of People's Court Adjudgement Building in Jianghan district,Wuhan City,shows that static pressure PHC tube-shaped piles possess more suitability for fluid and plastic sludge floor,and the engineering investment,identical case compared with bored piles,saves more than 20% ,and working period shortens more than 30 days.
