针药并治糖尿病周围神经病变76例临床观察

Clinical research onto injection cure for 76 cases suffering from diabetes mellitus and symmetric periphe nervous pathological changes

目的探讨针药治疗糖尿病并对称性周围神经病变的疗效。方法76例病人分治疗组和对照组进行针药治疗和普通治疗,并对两组进行比较。结果治疗组二、三疗程后疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针药治疗糖尿病并对称性周围神经病变疗效明显优于普通方法治疗,其原因可能是针刺疗法有改善微循环,改善胰岛功能、扶正祛邪,提高人体免疫力之功效。

[Objective] To explore the curative effects on diabetes mellitus and symmetric peripheral nervous pathological changes by injection. [Methods] Divide the 76 patients into two groups, one named treatment group by injection, one named compared group by ordinary treatmeuts and compare them. [Results] The curative effect of the treatmeut group is much more distinct than that of the compared group （P 〈0.01）. [ Conclusion] The curative effect on diabetes mellitus and symmetric peripheral nervous pathological changes by injection is much more distinct than that by the ordinary treatments. The reason possibly is that acupuncture treatmeut has a great effect on improving the tiny circulation and the pancreas islet circulation. Besides, the treatment can increase vital energy and get rid of unhealthy environmental influences that cause diseases.
