随机介质中产生随机激光振荡特性的半经典理论分析方法

摘要 建立了随机激光的半经典理论模型,得到适合随机激光的Maxwell-Bloch方程。采用时域有限差分法(FDTD)直接计算Maxwell-Bloch方程,研究了随机系统中场的类型和随机激光局域模式,同时发现随机系统中存在出现激发峰的临界泵浦速率Wcp,随着泵浦强度的增强模式数增加,最终激发模式数达到饱和。 A model of random laser with semi - classical theory is presented. It couples Maxwell' s equations with density matrix of excited atom in a disordered system. So Maxwell - Bloch equations for random laser are obtained. A finite - difference time - domain method is used to solve Maxwell - Bloch equations direcdy. We studied the pattern of field and localized modes of random laser. A critical pumping rate Wp^c exists for the appearance of the lasing peaks in random system. The number of lasing modes increases with the pumping rate and it is saturated finally.
