摘要
报道了一种二极管泵浦Nd:GdVO4晶体连续波激光器。采用简单、结构紧凑的平-平腔设计,在8W的注入功率下,获得3.1W的1.064μm近红外连续波激光输出,斜效率为45%。腔外放入PPLN晶体,当基波1.06μm连续波功率为3W时,得到了26mW连续波532nm单模绿光输出。
We report on a diode - pumped Nd: GdVO4 continuous wave lasers at the IR and 532 nm. A very simple, compact flat - flat cavity was used. 3.1 W of output power at 1. 064μm was achieved at incident pump power of 8 W. The corresponding the average slop efficiency of 45% was obtained. The extra -cavity second harmonic generation (SHG) with an PPLN crystal into the green spectral range at 532 nm were studied. 26 mW of cw green operation was obtained at 8 W of incident pump power.
