摘要
设计了一种能够精确测量固体表面微位移的实验装置,该装置以迈克耳逊干涉仪为基础,采用激光相干探测技术提取固体表面超声波信息。推导由超声波传播而引起的固体表面微小位移与探测器输出的电学量之间的关系。
Utilized the basic principle of Michael's modest interferometer, the laser interference detection technology in this thesis, the collecting method of the ultrasonic information on the solid surface was analyzed. The relation between the micro - displacement on the solid surface and the output electric current in the detector was granted. A accurate experiment instauation was designed.
