通过加强对青年教员的培养,踏踏实实搞好师资队伍建设,坚持教学科研并重,推动大学物理课程建设再上新台阶。
The thesis aims to discuss the progress of the course of College Physics by the following ways ： the cultivation of young teachers, the training of teachers in the Physics Teaching and Research Department and attaching equal importance to teaching and research.
