SnS薄膜的制备技术及其性能的研究进展

摘要 SnS是一种IV-VI族半导体材料,非常适合于作为太阳能电池的吸收层材料。目前已经研究开发了许多制备SnS薄膜的技术,并对其性能进行了研究,详细阐述了SnS薄膜的制备技术及其性能的研究进展。 SnS is a novel material for Ⅳ-Ⅵ semiconductor and it is suitable for the absorber of solar cells. A number of deposition techniques for SnS thin films are now available , and the properties of SnS films have been investigated. In this work,advances in research on deposition techniques and performances for SnS thin films are reviewed in detail.
