摘要
细菌视紫红质LB膜的偏振傅里叶变换红外反射吸收光谱用自制的掠角反射吸收装置测得。谱图表明,菌紫质LB膜中bR分子的有序性很好,bR分子α螺旋轴的取向倾向于与膜平面垂直。
The polarized FT-IR RAS of bacteriorhodopsin in purple membrane LB film has been measured with the home-made accessary of grazing incidence reflection -absorption spectroscopy. Our results reveal that the orientational order of bR molecules in PM LB film was comparatively perfect.The average orientation of the α-helices was found to be nearly perpendicular to the plate ofthe membrane.
