摘要
运用RAPD技术分析了中国明对虾第3代、第4代和第5代人工选育群体各20个个体的遗传多样性。筛选的20个10bp的随机引物中,16个引物产生了稳定性好和可重复性强的谱带。共检测到103个位点,其片段长度在250~2000bp之间。3个群体的多态位点比例分别是37.86%、36.89%和33.01%,平均遗传多态度分别为0.189、0.208和0.163。群体间的遗传变异(Hsp Hpop/Hsp)平均为0.294。由此可见,70.6%的遗传变异来自于群体内,而29.4%的变异则是来自于群体间。
RAPD technique was used to analyze the genetic diversities of the third generation, the forth generation and the fifth generation of cultured stocks of Fenneropenaeus chinensis. 16 primers screened from 20 10-base primers produced highly repetitive and steady bands. 103 loci were generated with the fragment length between 250 bp and 2 000 bp in the three populations. The proportions of polymorphic loci were 37.86% ,36. 89% and 33.01%, respectively and the genetic diversity indexes of the three populations were 0. 189,0. 208 and 0. 163, correspondingly. The average genetic variability of inter-stocks(Hsp-Hpop/Hsp)was 0. 294 that indicated 70. 6% of genetic variability was from intra-stocks while 29.4 % was from inter-stocks.
