摘要 目的探讨新鲜羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法采用新鲜羊膜移植术治疗原发性及复发性翼状胬肉30例40眼,术后随访19~24个月。结果37眼治愈,3眼翼状胬肉复发。结论新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉安全有效。 Objective To discuss the effects of transplantation of fresh amniotic membrane for pterygium. Methods Transplantations of fresh amniotic membrane were adopted in 30cases 40 eyes with pterygium for 19 to 24 months follow up time. Results All the grafts survived. , Ptyrigium recurrences occurred in only 3 eyes in the follow-up period time. Conclusions Transplantation of fresh amniotic membrahe is an effective surgery for pterygium.
