钛钉钛板直接固定内眦韧带修复眶内侧壁骨折

The clinical application of the direct fixation ofmedial canthus ligament with Titanic screws and plates on orbital medial wall fracture prosthesis

目的探讨钛钉钛板直接固定内眦韧带的手术方法及疗效。方法对21例眶内侧壁骨折患者,其中5例合并内眦韧带断裂,经内眦部经路眶壁骨折修复术中钛钉钛板直接固定内眦韧带并对其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果全部21例鼻根中线至两侧内眦间距离基本相等。病程半年以上的2例因鼻骨骨折错位愈合,鼻根部隆起外余19例内眦与鼻根间的谷形凹陷形成良好,双侧内眦部基本对称。结论钛钉钛板直接固定内眦韧带术,操作简单、易行、牢靠,是固定内眦韧带的较好的方法。

Objective To elementarily explore the surgical method and therapeutic effect of the direct immobilization of medial canthus ligament with Titan nail. Methods 21 cases with orbital medial wall fracture （OMWF） prosthesis, including 5 cases with medial canthus rupture, were performed the direct immobilization of medial canthus ligament with Titan nail and board on OMWF prosthesis via medial canthus transway and were retrospectively analyzed the therapeutic effect. Results The total 21 cases had almost the same distance between the midline of nail root and the two medial canthi. The valeshape incisure between medial canthi and nasal root of 19cases were performed well and tow medial canthi were almost symmetrical, except for 2 cases of the courses upwards of half year with fracture of nasal bone dystopic healing. Conclusions The direct immobilization of medial canthus ligament with Titan nail and board is operated simply, dependable and reliably, so it is a comparatively good method of immobiling medial canthus ligament.
