本文首先介绍了于１９９５年７月７日在京成立“广电部无线电管理委员会”的必要性及其职责。其次，在回顾总结历年来广播电视系统无线电管理工作成绩及存在问题的基础上，提出了强化无线电管理工作的具体措施。

First of all, the author lets us know the necessity and duty of the State Radio Regulatory Organ of Radio,Film and TV Ministry which was established in July 7th, 1995 in Beijing. Then .after having reviewed the achievements and existing matters for radio regulation of radio and TV broadcast over the years,she puts forward the specific measures to strengthen the work.
