摘要
分析了拨叉的冲压工艺性,阐述了各模具的结构特点,介绍了采用拉钩机构实现下模工件脱模的方法。生产证明:模具设计合理,能满足中小批量生产要求。采用拉钩机构顶出,工作可靠,通用性强,工作效率高。
The technological property of the stirring fork for stamping is analyzed. The structure characteristics of each of the dies for forming the stirring fork parts are stated. The pulling hook mechanism has been used to realize part stripping from the lower half of the die, Production proves that the design of the die is reasonable and can meet the requirement of medium-or small-batch production. The pulling hook mechanism is used for ejection with reliable operation, good generalization and high efficiency.
