摘要
分析了一般的折弯模具产生擦伤原因,设计了一种新的无擦伤折弯模具结构,介绍了模具的工作过程和设计要点。无擦伤折弯模具的运动是滑动与转动相结合且以转动为主,与制品表面几乎没有相对滑动,因此能达到很好的外观要求。
The causes of scratches of parts on common bending dies are analyzed. A new structure of the bending die which does not scratch parts has been designed. The working process and main points for design of the die are introduced. The movement of the no-scratching bending die consists of slide and rotation, with rotation as the main movement. Therefore, there is hardly relative sliding between the die and the part surface. The parts can achieve very good outer appearance.
