摘要
以轻型车后壳体零件周边形状的叠料成形为例,分析了回转体薄板叠料成形在采用不同的加工工艺时板料成形的应力应变状态,并根据实际加工后的不同结果,最终确定了合理的加工工艺。
With the overlap-forming of the perimeter of the rear shell body part of the light truck as an example, the stress and strain statuses in forming the revolving sheet parts by overlappingmethod with different machining processes are analyzed. According to the different results from actnal machining processes, a reasonable machining process has been detemtined finally.
