从石膏浆料的配制到石膏模型制作过程,详细地介绍了一种测试电弧喷涂用石膏模型复型性的新方法,并就水膏比和增强材料对石膏模型复型性的影响进行了研究。

A new method for testing the reproducibility of gypsum model for arc spraying tooling is introduced in detail from preparation of the gypsum pulp to the process of fabricating the gypsum model. The influences of the ratio of gypsum and water and the quantity of reinforcing material to the reproducibility of gypsum model are studied.
