摘要
阐述了国电双鸭山第一发电有限公司冲灰水系统的结垢原理及成分,对灰管传统清洗方法存在的问题进行了分析,提出并采用化学分场制水单元再生废酸液处理冲灰水系统,除灰垢效果好,不影响冲灰管线路的运行,不会对金属管壁造成腐蚀,保证了冲灰水系统安全经济运行。
The fouling mechanism and its composition in the hydraulic ash handling system in Shuangyashan No. 1 Power Generation Co. , Ltd were discussed, the problems existed in traditional cleaning dust flue method was analyzed, the method using the recycled acid of chemical water treatment building to treat the ash handling system was presented and taken, which achieved good results, and has no influence on the operation of ash handling flue and corrosion to metal pipe wall, makes hydraulic ash handling system run safe and economic.
