摘要
以MTU16V396柴油机为对象,建立了柴油机控制系统的简化传递函数和执行器模型。采用PID控制,并利用遗传算法优化控制器参数,对柴油机动态调速过程进行仿真分析,和基于Z-N(Ziegler-Nichols)法的参数整定方法做了比较,结果表明遗传算法的性能远优于传统的参数整定法。
Transfer function and controller models are established for the control system on MTU 16V396 diesel engine. Adopting traditional PID algorithm, simulation analysis on dynamic regulating process of governing system for diesel engine is carried out, parameters of PID controller are optimized by Genetic Algorithm. Simulation results are compared with those based on Zigler-Nichols method, which indicates that the using genetic algorithm can obtain more excellent characteristics than Z-N method.
