介绍了多元素钒钛球墨铸铁活塞环磨损机理、铸造工艺、综合性能、物化性质、金相组织概况及该产品装机工况和台架快磨试验结果,阐述了多元素钒钛球墨铸铁是一种值得推广应用的新型优质活塞环材质。
Introductions are given to the wear mechanism, casting technology, comprehensive performance, physical and chemical characteristics, microstructure together with the results of application in engines and test on bench. It proves here that multielement V-Ti nodular graphite cast iron is an excellent material for piston rings worthwhile spreading its application.
